Undergraduate Poster Session

We would love to learn about your research!
Presenting Your Poster
  • You can view the Poster Session Schedule here.
  • The poster session is now closed and we cannot accept additional submissions.
  • You can also find out which session you've been assigned and read poster abstracts on the CUWiP 2017 at UCLA Whova App under the Agenda for Sunday afternoon.
  • Your poster should be 4'x3'. If you have already printed your poster larger than this, that's ok.
  • You must print your poster before arriving at UCLA.
  • Helpful information for making your poster is available here.

Submitting Your Abstract

If you would like to present a research poster at the conference, please include your poster abstract when registering to attend CUWiP@UCLA (registration period is Nov. 9th until Nov. 20th). Poster abstracts must be 250 words or less.

Presenting a research poster is completely voluntary, and does not affect your chances of being accepted to the conference in any way. We recommend that you present a poster if you have conducted any research. You will gain presentation skills by presenting your work as well as empower fellow attendees to see themselves as capable of building such research and presentation skills. If you are able to submit a poster abstract, please have it prepared and ready to submit upon registering for the conference.
