Annmarie Eldering is the Project Scientist for OCO-3, a NASA
instrument to be installed on the International Space Station in 2018 to
measure CO2 globally, and the Deputy Project Scientist for OCO-2, a
satellite currently flying around the Earth to measure CO2. She moved to
LA to study the air pollution in 1988, earning a PhD from Caltech in 1994.
She began at JPL in 1999, studying air pollution and climate gases with Earth
orbiting satellites.
