If you are attending the Keck Science Meeting and have parking privileges at another University of California campus, you may park for free at UCLA. You will need to bring your parking permit from your vehicle and your university identification to qualify. Stop at the parking kiosk at Westholme and Hilgard Ave. near Parking Structure #2 to receive your daily parking permit.
UCLA's home page maintains a useful set of instructions and maps for reaching campus via the local freeways (if you're arriving by car) and by bus.
Westwood Village surrounds UCLA and a provides a number of lodging options, from budget hotels to more upscale options.
If you do not have a valid University of California parking permit, you may purchase parking for $12 per day at the information kiosk at the corner of Hilgard and Westholme Ave. Parking Structure #2 is the closest to the Physics & Astronomy building. Details are here.
