Update May 1, 2017: The Rancho Bernardo Inn is again experiencing problems with its online reservation system. The online system is not recognizing the official dates blocked out for IPELS 2017 attendees. They are working to fix this issue. In the meantime, please contact the Rancho Bernardo Inn either by phone (888-976-4417) or use the contact form at this webpage to contact them directly and book your room. You will also need to phone or use the contact form if you are a government employee and are entitled to a room rate of $153, see below.

Registration: The early registration fee for IPELS 2017 will be $800 for the five-day workshop. You can pay online with your credit card using UCLA's secure payment server. After May 5, 2017 the regular registration fee will be $900. The fee covers admission to the workshop plus an opening reception on Sunday evening, three meals a day on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, plus breakfast and lunch on our two half-day session (Wednesday and Friday). Your receipt will be sent to you by email.

Hotel reservations: The Rancho Bernardo Inn offers IPELS 2017 attendees a room rate of $199 per night. Click this link to reserve your hotel room. Note: this is a special conference rate at the Rancho Bernardo Inn for each day of the workshop. If you are a government employee the reimbursable government rate of $153 for your hotel room will apply. Please call the Rancho Bernardo Inn Reservations Department directly at 1-800-542-6096 to secure this reservation at the government rate.

The Rancho Bernardo Inn online system will only accept reservations that are within the Workshop's contracted dates. If you want to request an extension of your stay outside of the block, you must call the Rancho Bernardo Inn reservations team Monday-Friday from 7am-9pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 7am-7pm at 800-542-6096.
